Alex Lintott

Alex Lintott is Chief Operating Officer at OSCP, where he leads everything that is not product: operations, commercial, finance, people and legal.

He owns the commercial roadmap and the long-term customer and partner relationships behind it, across aerospace, defense, robotics and autonomous systems. Drawing on experience across operating roles, early-stage investing and advisory work, he focuses on turning advanced technology into repeatable business outcomes.

Before joining OSCP, Alex worked with high-growth startups, investors, and technical teams to refine value propositions, secure early customers, and build scalable commercial models. His work has spanned fundraising support, deal structuring, and portfolio advisory, giving him a deep understanding of both founder and investor perspectives and a reputation for translating complex technologies into clear, actionable go-to-market strategies.

Alex holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a Master’s in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA, providing a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and quantitative analysis. This background enables a rigorous approach to unit economics, pricing, and capital allocation, while maintaining disciplined financial governance. Combined with his operating experience, it allows him to bridge engineering, finance, and customer needs, keeping OSCP’s technical roadmap tightly aligned with commercial strategy.
