NavigationGate

NavigationGate is an INS processing unit, the compute core that turns any OSCP IMU into a full inertial navigation system. It fuses inertial data with dual-antenna RTK-compatible GNSS and your aiding sensors, then outputs a continuous position, velocity and attitude solution over any of its buses.

OSCP’s Kalman filter fusion engine runs locally on a Cortex-M7 class MCU with a hardware floating point unit, tuned end to end for OSCP IMUs rather than a generic sensor model. The on-board dual-antenna GNSS receiver resolves true heading at standstill, and external GNSS receivers are supported.

When GNSS drops out, the filter coasts on inertial data through the outage. Aiding inputs such as odometry, airspeed or external heading bound the drift until the fix returns.

Every port can be programmed as INS solution output, configuration input, or aiding sensor input. Roles are enabled through software releases and configured to suit each integration. A board-level OEM variant is available.
